Fee Structure​

Per Annual Remuneration Level (excluding superannuation): 

 

Band 1: $50,000 to $80,000: $5,000 

Band 2: $80,000 to $120,000: $7,000 

Band 3: $120,000 to $155,000: $8,500 

Band 4: $155,000 to $175,000: $13,000 

Band 5: $175,000 to unlimited: $18,000

All rates exclusive of GST.

How is it paid?

Half the fee is paid upfront and the remainder upon a job offer being accepted. 

 

Guarantee Period: ​

3 Months​ (if it doesn't work out in this time, we'll find you another candidate free of charge).

How long does it take to hire someone?

Depending on the stature of the role, we aim for between 35-40 days maximum.
